Surf Lesson
Our exclusive surf lesson location is in a secluded bay. This allows you to experience the great waves on Oahu in an environment that is conducive for learning. Other surfing schools or surf lessons in Hawaii are held in the aggressive crowds/lineups of Waikiki or other similar spots on Oahu.
Monday–Saturday at 9am
What’s Included:
– Each surfer must be able to tread water and keep calm in the water
– Life jackets are not used while surfing
– Please note that reef shoes and rash guards are available in limited sizing
– If you have your own rash guard and reef shoes you should bring them
– Board shorts are NOT provided but are highly encouraged
– Minimum age is 8 – anyone younger than 8 requires a private lesson and a parent must be present
– Participants under 18 years old can attend lessons, but a guardian must be present prior to the lesson to sign a waiver
Standup Paddle Lessons
Learn to Stand Up Paddle (SUP) with Hawaiian Surf Adventures! We specialize in beginner Stand Up Paddle instruction, conducting our lessons in a secluded, crowd-free location. Our instructors will launch you from the beautiful shoreline of Maunalua Bay to learn Stand Up Paddling tips & tricks.
Tuesday at 9am
What’s Included:
– You should be able to sustain 1–1.5 hours of physical activity to take this lesson
– We supply the SUP boards, paddles and fun
– You supply us with your smile and positive attitude
– Minimum age is 8 – anyone younger than 8 requires a private lesson and a parent must be present
– Participants under 18 years old can attend lessons, but a guardian must be present prior to the lesson to sign a waiver

Choose Your Pick Up Time & Duration time. Boards must be returned by 5:00 pm.
Daily from 8am–3pm
